1:Press Begin
2:Press Control Pannel
3:Click control pannel home in the top left handside margin
4:Scroll down to programs
5:Click on UNINSTALL A PROMGRAMME
6:Wait for all the proggrames to load in
7:Double click the items you wish to delete

@Colinc - Some programs have you delete it, some have you empty the quarantine folder. Both accomplish the same thing.
