Which is the ideal antivirus to get now and in my system the 'System Restore' function is disabled (showing as 'Restart your computer…')and no software is installed properly (showing error) and sometimes the taskbar is hiding automatically.

Print off the instructions and download he required software on another personal. Save it to a memory stick and transfer it to the infected one and follow the instructions. Good luck

Note: You should hit all “Repair” buttons even though it might not say “Found!” This will fix a wallpaper hijack everytime if all repair buttons are pressed.
ONLY IF the problem persists, turn OFF System Restore, Right click My computer > choose Properties > System Restore Tab > Tick Turn Off System restore on all drives.
After scans are complete and machine is clean remember to turn system restore back ON and create a new restore point.
