any one who has avast installed with windows defender could answer this question…um asking coz Avast provides web protection so i don't want them to cancel each other or somethig..Thank U

No conflict on any of the units I’ve installed. Neither Defender nor Avast has had any effect on Window's firewall for me.

I've used Avast for over 5 years and while I don't have Windows Defender, I do have Windows Firewall. I used a different firewall, and it totally interferred with Avast, refused to let it load updates, or run properly. I needed Avast more than I needed that screwy firewall, so it's gone & Avast is still protecting my computer. I can't see that it would have any conflict with anything other than Comodo. I had to threaten to sue them before they would tell me how to get their junk off my computer.

There ill be no problems with AVAST, but the firewall matter may be a problem
