If your anti-virus is telling you that a file is corrupt and shouldn't be downloaded, then take the hint and DON'T DOWNLOAD IT! Plain and simple.
If zwink is something you gotta have, though, try downloading it from someplace else. I advocate you get on download.com and search for what you want to download. Any link that download.com suggests should be clean and not trigger your a-v's suspicions.
