I’ve already downloaded two antivirus programs: Spybot and Steganos but still have these messages continually. Thank you for any suggestions.

Download, install, update and Immunize, turn off Tea Timer then click 'Check for problems' then when complete choose all and then 'Fix Checked'
Open Spybot, click on Mode, choose Advanced, click on Tools then Resident and untick Resident 'Tea Timer'
Do NOT untick Resident 'SD Helper' as that’s your protection.

Download, install, check for updates, then select Scan your Computer, select your drive and choose Perform Complete Scan
ONLY IF the problem persists, turn OFF System Restore, Right click My personal > select Properties > System Restore Tab > Tick Turn Off System restore on all drives and scan with the above programs in Safe Mode - tap F8 during boot before Windows splash screen and choose Safe Mode.
After scans are complete and machine is clean remember to turn system restore back ON and create a new restore point.

This is a serious virus. Unless you get some professional help it can hack in your personal and get account information. its called a key logger. I suggest avg to get rid of it because its free and effective
