Please help This is happening every 5 minutes. I don`t know who to listen to for help I don`t know what to press. I’ve firewall and protection so what’s this doing?I asked in the wrong category a while ago. Should I just switch off?

Re-start personal in safe mode - Download and install a programme called 'malware' (should be free)
(safe mode - turn computer off and press F8 as it is re-booting, then choose safe mode….this only allows the basic functions to run enough to get the personal on)

if you have a lot of mp3 music and stuff like that, get rid of them if you don't wanna lose what you want to keep. that's a fact i done had to do s.r. 1 to many times till i decided to put up with the pop ups to stop losing my music so get rid of something or keep dealing with the agony do 1 or the other now. besides that's a warning that you got 2 many no no's on there, eighter way.

Restart in “safe mode ” scroll to “with networking” > Download Malwarebytes > Update > Run full scan - this should get rid of it -
Safe mode will stop the infection from turning your browser off -

try download and run ~ccleaner(free) it removes browser cookies and temp files from web browsing .
one of which may have carried the “virus~adware type problem you have”
